Sorry I just kinda fell off the face of the earth there.... but you know how school can be, and my art classes are really starting to wear me out. 
 
*warning: actual feelings being expressed instead of the "anoyingly-happy me"

Okay first off I need to say this so you dont get the wrong idea I love my teacher she's probably one of my favorite teachers and I probably wouldn't still be into art if it wasn't for her. However, she is seeming to play supreame favorites and I'm just kindof like: ".... Hello? Do I exist?... Did I do ANYTHING RIGHT HERE?!?!!!! ..... "

All this frustration is getting to me, the other day I was seriously almost in tears because this is the first prodject ever I've honestly had no idea what to do for it, and I'm afraid anything I do it wont really matter. [It's a prodject where we have to be inspired by some aspect of a renisance or impreshonest artist]. 

I mean, rather, I gett A's and B's so I guess I shouln't really complain, but I hardly ever get any positive feed back exept from my friends who critique and.... it's really starting to hurt.  It really dose feel like I can do anything in that class and it wouldnt matter AT ALL.

I cant say I enjoy critizim but who dose? Well, that's false statement. I do enjoy it to the most degree possible, but there's a point where I'd really like to have her say "Hey this is really cool!"  "This is interesting!"  Or even "This is really neat, but why is this here?" not just the same old "this is a good peice but:"

It's fine to have the "but..."  however, she allways says the same thing infront of it so after a while you ignore that same part of the sentence so it's like all you hear is the "but [etc. etc.] ..." 

There's a point where you push and push for feedback and when you get the same generic stuff that she gives to half the other students you feel like you want to give up.
 




Okay just to reiterate I love my teacher dearly. She really, truely is one of  my favorite teachers, which is why it probably hurts so much that i get the same generic stuff and I know teachers arn't really allowed to show there students emotions and it would be really hard to give each individual student an individual and personalized critique and I dont expect that it's just... I dont know ....

color scheme. (minimum size 8.5? x 11?, 2 hour minimum)

2 visits to a museum, gallery, or art exhibit. You must obtain a
brochure or business card. Write a one-page analysis of your
experience for each visit (hand written in sketchbook or typed).

and as much as i love mrs. harrell what if i dont fucking have any way to go to 2 of the museam, gallery or art gallery? HunH?!...   the sallowed, greedy insects are my frustaited sympathisers ....
